Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hot sauce bottles for health and safety reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please follow the steps below to request a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased on sale or at a discount (unless damaged or defective).
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the issue, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product back. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
